When Life Starts To Feel Overwhelming

You’ve been holding things together for a while—but it’s getting harder to ignore that something isn’t working. You’re ready for a change, but aren’t sure where to turn.

Rest assured, you’ve found a confidential, professional space where you can learn, grow and heal.

At some point, pushing through stops working. That’s usually when people reach out.

In our work together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s actually happening, and start creating a clearer, more manageable path forward—one that feels realistic and tailored to you.

You don’t have to keep guessing your way through.

What It’s Like To Work With Me

The steps to my virtual office are clear and simple. I will guide you patiently, each step of the way.

Therapy should feel like more than just talking. It should feel purposeful, engaging, and grounded in REAL progress, with a professional you can trust.

Together, we’ll lay out a path toward your goals—whether that means navigating change, finding clarity, or learning how to feel more at peace in your day-to-day life.

I take the connection between therapist and client seriously.

You deserve to feel comfortable, respected, and understood from the very beginning.

Fees & Payment

Sessions are self-pay, meaning payment is made at the time of each session. Many clients prefer this approach because it allows for greater privacy and flexibility, without the limitations insurance can place on care.

    • Zelle

    • Debit, credit, HSA, and FSA cards (card fee applies)

    • Individuals & Couples: $150 per 60-minute session

    • Family Therapy: $175 per 60-minute session

If you have any questions about fees, payment, or how this works, I’m happy to walk you through it.

My Clients Say…

Taking the First Step

Before scheduling your first session, we can connect briefly by phone or text—whichever feels most comfortable for you. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, and I’ll get a general sense of what you’re looking for so we can decide if it feels like a good fit.

Sessions are held virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, allowing you to meet from wherever you feel most comfortable—your couch, your office, or even your car if you need more privacy.

When people gather the courage to call for therapy, they usually need help sooner rather than later. You will not have to wait on a lengthy list to get the help you so courageously seek.

We can start with a simple conversation and go from there.
